Product Description
1. Product Overview:
Intelligent single phase digital ammeter tunes CT parameters and PT parameters through panel key, and display a running system visually, a row of 4 bits LED display single phase value clearly, It can replace traditional analog pointer meter. What is more, with RS485 interface, it is convenient for data exchange with microcomputer, PLC, etc. It is a kind of high-performance automatic meter which is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, civil construction, building automation and some other modern distribution system.
And this kind of product has optional Configurations of RS485 communication interface (optical coupling isolation), Mod Bus RTU communication protocol, 1-3 road programmable analog output (C4-20mA DC0-20mA), and 1 road ad relay alarm upper and lower output.

Adopting industrial grade DSP of high reliability. Data acquisition speed is fast, metering accuracy is high and processing speed is fast.
With powerful data acquisition and processing functions, they can achieve the metering of all electric parameters.
Small size and easy installation. They adopt self-locking panel installation structure and can be installed without the need of screw fixation.
Convenient and flexible wiring. They are commonly used in three-phase three-wire system and three-phase four-wire system meters.
With RS-485 digital interface, they adopt standard MODBUS-RTU protocol.
One channel of alarm output is optional for bound monitoring on the metered parameters.
One-channel analog output is available. Three-channel analog output is optional for three-phase current and voltage. The metered transmitting output can be selected and the output is DC4 ~ 20mA, DC0-5V. 0~12~20mA, etc. are optional
Real-time display with four digits of LED digital. The display value of the meter can be set through the panel buttons.

9.1 Relay alarm output:1A/250VAC,1A/24VDC
Relay upper and lower limit alarm mode, and 2 alarm parameters setting: upper limit alarm value (2 times Measurement value), lower limit alarm value (2 times Measurement value).Upper alarm instructions: When measurement value > upper limit alarm value, upper limit alarm relay action, after upper alarm relay action, only when measurement value < upper alarm value, upper alarm relay reset. Lower alarm instructions: When measurement value < lower limit alarm value, lower limit alarm relay action, after lower alarm relay action, only when measurement value > lower alarm value, lower alarm relay reset.
9.2 Analog transmitting output
Analog transmitting output option: DC4~20mA. Analog transmitting output is linear with input signal isolation, and it is widely applied to PLC, DCS etc collection.
Precision 0.5 grade, load resistance<500Ω while current input, load resistance>100Ω while voltage input.

9.3 RS 485 communication
9.3.1 Communication protocol
9.3.1.1 RS485 communication interface, asynchronous half-duplex mode.
9.3.1.2 Communication baud rate 4800, 9600bps which can be set. Factory default value is 9600bps.
9.3.1.3 Data format: N81 no parity bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit.
RS485 interface; Connection type: asynchronous half-duplex; International standard Mod bus RTU protocol, instrument address: 1 ~ 247, what is more, it supports 03H read command currently.
Message format:
Command 3 H: read command
Master requests: address + Command + data address + data length + CRC check code
1byte + 1byte + 2byte+ 2byte + 2byte
Address: in order to query the address code, set within 1 ~ 247 and it takes up one byte
Command: 3 H read command, length is 1 byte
Data address: read data source address, and it takes up 2 bytes
Data length: read data bytes length
CRC16 check code: low 8 bits in front, high 8 bits in the back, and it takes up 2 bytes
Slaver requests: address + Command + data length + data information + CRC check code Address: in order to response the address code and it takes up one byte
Command: 3 H read command, length is 1 byte
Data length: data bytes length which is to send
Data information: read data, see the meter parameter address table if you want to know specifics
